We aim to reach urgent call-outs within 60–90 minutes across most of Nairobi, depending on traffic and location.

A flat KES 1,500 diagnostic fee applies, waived if you proceed with the repair. After seeing the fault, we give you a single fixed price for parts and labour, which you approve before we start. Most repairs start from KES 3,000.

Every repair carries our workmanship guarantee. If the same fault returns within our 6-month guarantee period, we put it right at no extra labour cost.
